We did not evolve – we were
created!

“In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.”

I am an evangelist who believes the Bible. As such I do not believe in the theory of
evolution because it is completely contrary to the teaching of the Bible.

In the very first chapter of the Bible, and then re-affirmed throughout the Bible, it
states that God is the creator of the world, that He created it in six days, and that
He created it by speaking it into existence.

If you truly believe the Bible, this is what you believe and you do not believe in the
theory of evolution because there is no room for it.

Among other things, unlike the theory of evolution, the Bible teaches that God
created human beings and animals individually and independent from each other
(Genesis 2:7; 2:18-20), and He created male and female human beings at the
beginning of creation (Matthew 19:4).

Consequently, as a Bible believer, this is what I believe and I do not believe in
evolution.

The world we live in however, especially in North America, has a strong belief in
the theory of evolution. As a Christian minister I have seen its affect on faith and I
am troubled by it.

Most significantly, people who believe in evolution are inclined to dismiss the Bible
because they do not believe its teaching on creation. And consequently they are
also inclined to dismiss the message of the gospel by which they can be saved.

This got me thinking. Is there a way to prove evolution false, that it absolutely
could not happen, such as, for example, proving that the story of Santa Claus is
false?

The story of Santa Claus is that a man living at the North Pole, on December 24,
travels the world delivering presents to the world’s children as he is pulled along in
a sleigh by flying reindeer.

That is an easy story to prove false, as reindeer of course do not fly, and even if
they did, there is no possible way one man could deliver presents to the world’s
children in one night. To do so he would have to move at the speed of light and
have a sleigh the size of a football stadium to hold all of the gifts.

In other words, it is physically impossible, it cannot be done.

Is there a way to prove evolution false in the same way?

I believe there is and I believe it is in regards to the world’s millions of varied and
different reproductive systems that exist within the world’s millions of different
species.

Very simply, to my judgement there is no way evolution could have ever possibly
have created these reproductive systems.

Now when I say “reproductive system”, I am specifically referring to all of the
different systems that the world’s eight million species have that allows them to
reproduce.

There are two primary types, asexual, by which offspring arise from a single
organism, and sexual, by which offspring arise from two organisms working
together.

Within these types, there are various kinds, with some of them completely different
from each other, such as a tree’s reproductive system and a human being’s
reproductive system. And even among systems that are similar, such as a cat’s
and a dog’s, each is unique, as unique as finger prints.

Lastly, there are all complex, involving multiple parts, all of which need to exist and
work in exacting ways for the reproductive system to work.

To my judgement, evolution could never create these various, different
reproductive systems for the world’s living species – only God can.

I have three reasons for saying this.

The first reason is because I do not believe chemical reactions can create
reproductive systems.

Let me explain.

The theory of evolution teaches that the very first species, a one celled living
organism that scientists call “LUCA” (short for Last Universal Common Ancestor),
was created 3.8 billion years ago by a chemical reaction in a soup of primeval
chemicals (chemicals that existed at the beginning of time). When this organism
was created, just like all living organisms, it would have had a some sort of a body
(a cell envelop), the breath of life, some sort of digestive system for taking in
nutrients for energy, and a reproductive system.

First of all, chemical reactions do not create life. That is science fiction. I
personally challenge every scientist in the world to spend their careers creating a
living organism out of chemical reaction from a soup of chemicals. They will never
do it because it is impossible. Chemical reactions do not create life.

However, just for argument’s sake, let us say a miracle took place – and it truly
would be a miracle – and a chemical reaction did create a one celled living
organism.

What is the chance they would also create a complex reproductive system for it so
that it could reproduce itself?

To my judgement the answer is never. There is no chance. Creating life by a
chemical reaction would be a miracle, adding a reproductive system on top of it
would be impossible.

Scientists may proclaim it to be possible, but I do not believe it for a second.

To my judgment it is nothing but pure science fiction.

The second reason I do not believe evolution could create the various, different
reproductive systems for the world’s living species is because I do not believe the
process of evolution is capable of creating even one reproductive system for a
new species, let alone millions of different kinds for eight million different kinds of
species.

Let me explain.

To begin with, let me explain the theory of evolution.

According to the web-site “howstuffworks.com” the full process of evolution
involves mutations taking place in a living organism’s DNA by chance. These
mutations affect the organism’s offspring, either immediately or several
generations down the line. The change brought about by the mutation is either
beneficial, harmful, or neutral. In fact most mutations are harmful or neutral and
they rarely are beneficial. If the change is harmful it is unlikely that the offspring will
survive to reproduce and the mutation subsequently dies out and goes nowhere. If
the change is beneficial it is likely that the offspring will do better than other
offspring and will subsequently produce more. Through reproduction the beneficial
mutation spreads. The process of culling bad mutations and spreading good
mutations is what is called natural selection. As mutations occur and spread over
long periods of time they cause new species to form.

In fact, this two step process involving DNA mutations and natural selection,
according to the theory of evolution, has slowly, over the course of 3.8 billion
years, created the eight million different kinds of species we see on planet Earth,
from plants to insects to animals to us human beings.

It has also, according to the theory, created the millions of varied and different
reproductive systems that the world’s millions of different species have.

Personally I do not believe the process of evolution could ever do this, and I will tell
you why.

A reproductive system cannot be built slowly, the product of multiple minor DNA
mutations over the course of many of generations. A reproductive system is only a
beneficial mutation that would be chosen by natural selection when it is fully built
and reproduces life. Therefore, if you believe the theory of evolution, you have to
believe that DNA mutated and created a complex reproductive system for each
new species in one generation with a single major DNA mutation in an organism,
the kind of which we have never seen before.

The different and unique reproductive systems of trees, birds, fish, insects, as well
as us human beings would all have had to have been built this way.

And what is more, when they were built this way, they had to work immediately and
reproduce the species, because otherwise the major mutation would be non-
beneficial and subsequently culled by natural selection.

For example, if DNA created a seed for a plant, but with no way that it could be
pollinated, the seed would be culled by natural selection as a non-beneficial
mutation, and the plant would subsequently never reproduce. It is only when a
reproductive system is fully developed and working that it would be naturally
selected as a beneficial mutation and spread throughout the species.

To my judgement, if this happened once in a billion years to create a new
reproductive system for a species it would be an absolute miracle. For it to happen
millions of times is literally impossible.

Again, scientists may proclaim it to be possible, but I do not believe it for a second.

As such, again to my judgement this is pure science fiction.

The third reason I do not believe evolution could create the various, different
reproductive systems for the world’s living species is because I do not believe the
process of evolution is capable of creating male and female reproductive systems.

In fact, for me, this is my “Santa Claus moment”.

To my judgement, it is 100% impossible for the process of evolution to create male
and female reproductive systems.

Think about it.

Male and female reproductive systems are all complex marvels of engineering
involving two separate and distinct things, a male reproductive system, and a
female reproductive system, which combine together to form one complete system
that reproduces life. And without them combining together perfectly, in an exacting
way, any species that is made up of males and females would fail to reproduce
and die out.

Now if random DNA mutations did create male and female reproductive systems,
what they would have needed to do to create them is this.

Randomly, and for absolutely no reason because it is random, they would have
needed to have created a male reproductive system in a species. At the exact
same time, again randomly and for absolutely no reason because it is random,
they would have needed to have created a female reproductive system in the
same species. And these two separate and distinct reproductive systems, which on
their own would have been useless for reproducing life, would have then needed
to have been able to come together in exacting ways – literally just as if they were
made for each other – and reproduced life the very first time they were created
because otherwise they would not be a beneficial mutation and they would have
been culled by natural selection.

This is truly what random DNA mutations would have had to have done to create a
male and female reproductive system, and I believe it is truly impossible.

Very simply, and without question, to create separate and distinct male and female
reproductive systems that form one complete system and that work together
perfectly in exacting ways, requires thought.

In fact, all reproductive systems are marvels of engineering that require thought,
but for an absolute fact, male and female reproductive systems require thought.

To say otherwise is like asking for something random, and for absolutely no
reason because it is random, to create a lock with a specific configuration, and
also randomly at the exact same time, again for absolutely no reason because it is
random, to create a key with a specific configuration, and have the key fit and
unlock the lock. The only difference of course being that a male and female
reproductive system is significantly more complex compared to a lock and key, that
must actually do something absolutely incredible – reproduce life!

To my judgement, it is truly ridiculous to think that something random could create
this.

Instead, without question, it has to be purposely designed to be that way, which
requires thought.

It has to be purposely designed because that is truly the only way to create two
separate and distinct things at the exact same time and have them work together
perfectly in exacting ways.

They truly have to be purposely made for each other. Theoretically speaking, that
is literally the only way you can create them.

For something random to create them is truly impossible.

Consequently, for fact beyond a shadow of a doubt, random DNA mutations did
not create male and female reproductive systems. It is just not theoretically
possible. And if you believe it is possible, I say you are believing in the equivalent
of Santa Claus.

Instead, what I believe is that God created them, as I believe He created
everything else, because only an incredibly intelligent and incredibly powerful
being, i.e. God, who could think up such a reproduction system and then actually
make it, could have done it.

These are my three reasons for saying evolution could never create the various,
different reproductive systems for the world’s living species.

And what this says to me is that if evolution did not create the world’s various,
different reproductive systems, it did not create anything.

Instead, just as the Bible teaches, God created the world!
